We are pleased to announce that following a lengthy, thorough and robust procurement process we have awarded contracts for the provision of 111 and OOH integrated care services for the next 4 years with options to extend for a further 2 years. This will bring a period of stability and opportunity to develop  patient centred integrated urgent care services across the West Midlands.

Alongside existing contracts in the region, all new services will be covered by an overarching alliance agreement that unites all providers towards the common goal of delivering truly integrated, seamless services for our patients.
