Thank you to everyone who attended our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday 4 September. We hope you found the evening informative and enjoyable.
Over 150 patients and members of the public came to hear about the CCG’s achievements over the past 12 months and our plans and priorities for the future.
The theme of this year’s AGM was partnership and innovation, and we heard some fantastic examples of partnership working from our Continuing Healthcare team, Integrated Urgent Care team and within the Better Care Fund. The videos below were shown to the audience and capture some of the fantastic work being carried out by the CCG and our partners.
Red Bag Scheme
Personal Health Budgets
To celebrate 70 years of the NHS, we asked attendees to make a pledge for how they are going to support the NHS to thrive for another 70 years. One person pledged that by this time next year they are going to have learnt to ride a bicycle and will be riding three to four times per week. We are going to look back at these pledges at our AGM next year to see people's progress and achievements.
Members of the public also had the chance to ask our Executive Team questions at the event and you can read these here
