Improving Stroke Recovery Services in Sandwell - Survey open until 26 February 2021

Text size:

Sandwell and West Birmingham CCG is currently reviewing local Stroke Recovery services, which support patients when their stay at hospital comes to an end and recovery continues at home.

To support this work and influence how the service is commissioned in the future, we would welcome feedback on:

  • The stroke recovery service in Sandwell, currently delivered by the Stroke Association
  • Wider aspects of care that support stroke recovery, such as speech and language therapy or physiotherapy which are delivered by local NHS hospital Trusts
  • How the service could be delivered/ improved in the future.

This survey welcomes the views of those who have experience with these services (or someone they know) within Sandwell the Black Country and West Birmingham areas. This includes people who have recently accessed them as a patient, their carers and those who support or work with people who have had a stroke. We would also welcome the feedback of professionals or advocates who may have experience/ insight on the service.
