What We Do:
Our dedicated Customer Care Team welcomes and values feedback from patients or their relatives/carers with regards to Healthcare Services and care/treatment received.
Whether this is a compliment, comment, concern or complaint we are here to listen.
Your feedback helps us to improve services by enabling us to identify what we are doing well and where improvements can be made to enhance future patient experience and satisfaction. It also helps ensure high standards of care are achieved across the CCG area.
Services We Commission:
Sandwell and West Birmingham CCG commissions - buys - a wide variety of health care services from a range of places. This helps us to ensure that there is a service available for you, in or near your town.

• Hospital care from Sandwell Hospital and City Hospital
• Mental Health Services (adult and children)

• Diabetic Health Services
• Sexual Health Services
• Care Home and Continuing Health Care Services
• Ambulance Services
