Sandwell and West Birmingham Clinical Commissioning Group (SWB CCG), which commissions or buys health services on behalf of local people, is inviting you to come along to an event on 5th October.  The event is a chance for the public to have their say on some local mental health and wellbeing support services, which help people to keep mentally well.

The CCG is currently reviewing some local mental health and wellbeing support services and needs the views of local people and of people who use/used those services on what could be made better.

Dr Liz England, Mental Health Clinical Lead for Sandwell and West Birmingham CCG said:

“It’s important for us as commissioners to listen to the views of our public.  By listening to your experiences and bringing together patients, carers and professionals, we can find out what services are needed to meet the needs of our local population in the future.”

“We hope that as many people as possible who have used mental health services or who care for a family member or friend with a mental health problem are able to attend.   It is the perfect forum to make your voice heard and we want you to help us to shape future services.”

If you’d like to come along to the event on Thursday 5th October 2017 from 12.15pm to 4.30pm at The Cap Centre,  Windmill lane, Smethwick, B66 3LX, please register at: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/lowmentalhealth or call 0121 611 0231
