Your local maternity services need you!

Sandwell and West Birmingham Clinical Commissioning Group are asking for local mothers to get in touch to help shape maternity services!

The Maternity Voices Partnership (MVP) is a forum that gives mums and families a chance to sit down with midwives and other healthcare professionals to develop local trusts’ maternity services. The group is made of independent service users such as local mums, professionals and commissioners who want to hear your voice.

The group greatly relies on the feedback provided from each mum’s own personal maternity experience - from pregnancy and labour, right the way through to postnatal care. By working together with healthcare professionals, that feedback then directly influences maternity strategy and delivery of the local maternity service.

Sandwell and West Birmingham CCG are setting up a local MVP and want to invite local mums to join them for a first meeting on the 4th December at 10am – 12.30pm at Brasshouse Lane, Smethwick, B66 1BA.
