The delay in the Midland Met Hospital (MMH) creates an opportunity to test and introduce new pathways and ways of working ahead of transfer into Midland Met. The quality and sustainability work stream of the Healthy Lives Partnership has been working on the evaluation criteria for any future reconfiguration options ahead of the delays to MMH.
