We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated GP to join our forward thinking, friendly practice team.
We support continuous professional development and there will be opportunity for lead clinical roles and involvement in developing new innovative ways and ideas for providing primary care.
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Spires Health Centre, Victoria Street, Wednesbury WS10 7EH, for an accomplished and highly motivated manager to join and assist with the development of this very well established and respected practice. The practice is proud of its friendly approach and its low turnover of staff.
The Practice currently has over 5,000 patients and the team consists of 2 Partners, 1 Practice nurse, and reception/admin team of 5 and will be relocating in the near future to a purpose built surgery within walking distance of its current location.
Candidates must be conscientious, provide solid leadership and have a sound knowledge of business management, finance, planning and HR.
Demonstrable management experience, leadership skills, competency in office IT and experience with System 1 desirable. Effective communication skills at all levels are essential.
Supported by an excellent administrative and clinical team, you will also have the vision, willingness and drive to adapt to NHS targets and changes within a profitable, efficient working environment.
Previous experience in the NHS/Primary Care desirable but not essential.
30 hours per week; pay negotiable depending on experience.
