NHS Staff are going on tour this summer asking ‘What matters to you?’ to find out exactly what you think about healthcare services in Sandwell and West Birmingham.
NHS Sandwell and West Birmingham Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) wants your views on what is currently good about healthcare services, what you think could be improved for the future and what exactly matters to you.
Everyone is welcome to join in, and you can have your say on healthcare services, from maternity to mental health, diabetes support and help for carers, now is the time to let your voice be heard.

“Every year the CCG provides a commissioning intentions report which outlines the actions we will take to improve the healthcare services of the local population.
“It’s important for us to hear as many views as possible and the ‘What matters to you?’ roadshow is a fantastic opportunity for people to voice what they think is going well, and areas that can be improved in local healthcare services.
“As a CCG we are committed to providing healthcare without boundaries, and your comments will be used to improve the health of the communities we serve.”
